I created a propaganda post with the help of a self portrait that I made in illustrator from a selfie I took a while ago. I started of by taking my chosen selfie that represented me the most, and in this picture I was in my happiest point in life at that point, I was doing my favorite pose, and holding up the piece sign with my hands which I often do. After drawing my picture in illustrator it was time to create a poster with my propaganda. My type of propaganda reflects on an emotional language where I want to give a message with an emotion weight to the audience. My goal is to show the world that you should give more love to the people around you. It is not hard at all to spread love, only a smile to a random stranger could make their day. I am always trying to spread love and joy around me on my daily basis, and it does not only make other people happy but it also gives me energy thru out the day. It’s not hard to be nice to people around you, and that’s what I am trying to tell people with this poster, as well as a nice visual illusion with the help of my inspiration pictures and ideas.
My inspiration for this post if first of all myself and what I am trying to achieve in life, which is to make other people and myself happy. By scrolling on my favorite app Pinterest, I found two pictures that gave me ideas for my poster. I found a cool background with kisses that is perfect because it match my kiss pose I do in my selfie. I love crazy, bubbly, and cute fonts, and I found a perfect font for my poster. I’m super happy with the outcome of this propaganda poster because it really is something I stand for, and my favorite part of it is the background where I added a lot of different kisses made our of a fond, as well as the words "GIVEMOREKISSES" which is my message that in other words also can mean "spread love". By using a different shades of red together with a black and white font, the poster stayed clean and really matched good with my drawing selfie.
